About the event
Healthy Forward is sponsored by the Choose Healthy Life (CHL) program in partnership with MLK Sr Community Resources Collaborative. The goal is to raise awareness and educate the Black community about health equity and community wellness including being proactive regarding anti-obesity and COVID-19 testing/vaccination.
We hope that you will be empowered through our demonstrators, luxury product giveaways and panelists with practical, everyday strategies to walk into their future, eating to live.
You will be lead by experts in each of your four sessions in the topics of Nutrition, Fitness, Mental Health and Vendor Experience.
Optional- wear loose or athletic clothes to participate in exercise demonstrations. Participation is encouraged but not required.
You must be 16+ to attend.
Each person must register individually to receive their FREE event pass.
